I always say I have OCD because I like things clean and in place. Finally, I decided to do a test to find out how much OCD I have in me and to my surprise the results were zero
How many times we “classified ourselves” and we repeat to ourselves who do we think we are… in this case, thank God I am zero OCD, but what other thoughts I run in my subconscious mind that I am not aware off and I am reprogramming and reinforcing those thoughts? I know now that I need to stop thinking that I have OCD before I manifest it in my life. I need to change my thoughts for something more positive. Instead of saying “I have OCD” I can say “I enjoy a clean an organized space”

Be aware of your thoughts
Discover what are you thinking when you are not paying attention and once you start discovering who you really are, you will have a guide or footprint of what to change that you don’t like about yourself.
How can you be aware?
1- Set up an alarm every couple of hours. When the alarm comes off pay attention to what you were thinking.
2- Another thing you can do is when a stressful situation arises what are your thoughts and emotions. Do you have any fears? What are the fears about?
