This is a question for reflection, for introspection.
It is not really about what would they say.
It is about when we closed our eyes and very slowly meaning each word, we ask ourselves: “If I were to die today what would my loved ones say about me?”
The thoughts that arise are the things we should consider to work on or change in our life in order to improve ourselves.
What relationships do we need to improve?
Who should we forgive or ask for forgiveness?
What changes we need to do so the day that we leave this life we can leave in a peaceful way?
My recommendation would be
– Close your eyes and make yourself this question very slowly and meaning each word “If I were to die today what would my loved ones say about me?”
– Write down your findings, you discover a blueprint on what to work on
– Take action and start changing your life
Instructor and practitioner
The Curanderismo tradition of Mexico is the ancient way of bringing the body, mind, emotions, and soul back into a state of balance. Customarily, an elder Curandera(o) teaches the tradition in oral form. Paloma Cervantes is an elder, instructor, or “Maestra” who was born and raised in Mexico in the Curanderismo tradition and started working full-time as a Curandera in 1986.
Then 12 years later in 1998, she moved to California where she kept her practice and started to teach Mexican Shamanism or Curanderismo and other spiritual modalities. Now, not only does she teach in California, but also other states and countries.
